Zharpì è un prosecco DOC Treviso Brut biologico e vegano della cantina Perlage. Zharpì è un vocabolo del dialetto trevigiano, derivante da Zharpir (ẑarpìr), potare la vite.
Si tratta di un prosecco pulito e profumato, con note di fiori bianchi di campo e mela verde.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini. Al naso emergono sentori di mela verde e fiori bianchi di campo.
Al sorso è fresco, minerale armonico finale lungo e persistente.
