Description
Oddero's Nebbiolo is a full-bodied, typical red wine that represents the true essence of the Langhe, more precisely the vineyards located in La Morra, Santa Maria Bricco San Biagio, Foglio at an altitude of 200 metres.
Organoleptic characteristics:
ruby red colour, a beautiful bouquet of violets and red fruit, undergrowth and cloves. A pleasant tannin on the palate, reminiscent of the Langa region, pleasant and drinkable.
Storage time:
2-10 years
Vinification
Selection of grapes in the vineyard, during harvest, alcoholic fermentation with maceration
for about 15 days, malolactic fermentation to follow.
