Organoleptic characteristics:
Deep ruby red. Olfactory range offering nuances of ripe fruit such as raspberry, blackcurrant and undergrowth aromas, hints of plum and cherry wrapped in a sweet note of ripe morello cherry with intriguing spicy whispers of chocolate, coconut and coffee. The taste is rich and very concentrated with spicy notes enhanced by a consistent presence of very sweet tannins. A lively, powerful, elegant and expressive wine.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place naturally, using indigenous yeasts; maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the characteristics of the grape variety and the vintage. After racking, the wines are transferred to 2.25 hectolitre barriques.
