Valentina Passalacqua is an organic farm located in northern Apulia, on the slopes of the famous Gargano National Park. The farm cultivates as many as 80 hectares following the biodynamic philosophy, partly espalier or sapling, and there it produces Negroamaro, Primitivo, Aleatico, Nero di Troia, Bombino, Fiano Minutolo, Falanghina, Greco, Montepulciano, Pinot grigio and Chardonnay divided into three collections. The winery's goal has always been the enhancement of native grape varieties, cultivated and vinified with natural methods, and especially Bombino and Nero di Troia.
Description
Meraviglia by Valentina Passalacqua is an Apulian orange wine made from falanghina grapes. It is a natural, unfiltered, fresh, vibrant, mineral and savory wine.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has an amber-orange color with hints of liquid gold. Citrus notes are noticeable on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, mineral, savory and persistent.

2-3 years
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in steel with 5 days of skin contact.
Manual breaking of the cap. Unfiltered. No temperature control.
