L'Michele Biancardi's organic farm is a small family-run winery in Cerignola, Apulia. Only four native grape varieties are cultivated: Nero di Troia, Fiano, Primitivo and Minutolo. They are those of the Apulian tradition.

Description

Mille Ceppi 2021 from Michele Biancardi's winery is a biolgic red wine made from Nero di Troia grapes. It is aged in terracotta amphorae. It is a full-bodied and structured wine with a good tannic presence.

Organoleptic characteristics: 

Ruby red colour. The nose has a perfume of red and black fruits, spices. The sip is juicy and full-bodied with a tannic texture that is evident yet elegant.

Storage time: 

3-7years

Vinification 

Traditional red wine vinification, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers
