Description
Espolon from San Nicolas Distillery is a handcrafted Tequila Blanco made by distilling 100% blue agave juice. It is a crystal clear and elegant distillate with aromas of sweet agave, tropical fruit and lemon peel.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Crystal clear in colour with platinum hues. At first impact there is a hint of sweet agave, tropical fruit enriched with a hint of pepper.
The palate is soft and elegant, ending with hints of vanilla and pineapple.
Storage time:
over 5 years
Vinification
The piñas, the heart of the agave, are cooked in an autoclave and then crushed to extract the sugars and left to ferment into alcohol.
