A story that from the shores of Lake Garda has reached the hills of the nearby Valpolicella, where from the sunny vineyards of Corvina and Rondinella in Costalunga, in the commune of Sant'Ambrogio, are born the red wines of the winery.

Valpolicella classico superiore DOC 2020 della cantina Zenato è un ottimo rosso veneto a base delle uve rosse come Corvina Veronese 85%, Rondinella 10%, Corvinone 5%.
Questo vino capace di farsi ricordare per il finale lungo e saporito.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: Ruby red
Bouquet: delicate, characteristic, reminiscent of morello cherries and wild berries
Taste: mineral, dry, velvety, good structure
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
Destemming-crushing and traditional maceration for 10 days in steel vats.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing.
