Description
Zharpì is an organic and vegan DOC Treviso Brut prosecco from the Perlage winery. Zharpì is a word from the Treviso dialect, derived from Zharpir (ẑarpìr), to prune the vine.
This is a clean, fragrant prosecco with notes of white wild flowers and green apple.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Hints of green apple and white wild flowers emerge on the nose.
On the sip it is fresh, mineral harmonic long and persistent finish.
