Description
The name Sgàjo is a word derived from the local Venetian dialect meaning sly and exuberant, it is a delicate, sweet and aromatic Extra Dry prosecco from the plains. It was the first organic wine in the Perlage range to be certified vegan with the 2013 vintage. A fragrant and easy-drinking organic Prosecco DOC, excellent as an aperitif or as a wine for the whole meal.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw-yellow in colour with greenish reflections
The nose emits futty scents of young fruit, pear and yellow apple.
On the palate it shows a soft mousse, with a fresh, harmonious, full-bodied flavour and a long, persistent finish

In white with low-temperature fermentation and frothing using the Martinotti method (Charmat)
