Il nome Sgàjo è un vocabolo che deriva dal dialetto locale veneto che significa scaltro ed esuberante, è un prosecco Extra Dry di pianura delicato, amabile e aromatico. E’ stato il primo vino biologico della gamma di Perlage ad essere certificato vegano con la vendemmia 2013. Un Prosecco DOC biologico fragrante e di facile beva, ottimo come aperitivo o come vino da tutto pasto.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi versolini
Al naso emrgono sentori futtati di frutta giovane, pera e mela gialla.
Al sorso mostra una spuma soffice, dal gusto fresco, armonico, di buon corpo, con finale lungo e persistente
