Description
The name Sgàjo is a word derived from the local Venetian dialect meaning sly and exuberant, it is a delicate, lovable and aromatic Extra Dry prosecco from the plains. It was the first organic wine in Perlage's range to be certified vegan with the 2013 vintage. A fragrant and easy-drinking organic Prosecco DOC, excellent as an aperitif or as a wine for the whole meal.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw-yellow in color with versoline highlights.
The nose emits futte hints of young fruit, pear and yellow apple.
The sip shows a soft froth, with a fresh, harmonious, full-bodied taste and a long, persistent finish
