Description
Blanc De Blancs Essentiel extra brut is a champagne made from chardonnay grapes, from the blending of Maison Piper-Heidsieck's best crus to which is added a 30% of reserve wines. It is an elegant, fresh and sensual champagne with a very fine and persistent perlage.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a straw-yellow color with golden hues. Very fine and persistent perlage. The nose shows citrus, floral and toasted notes with hints of honey, almond and pastry. In the mouth it is elegant, round, mineral and septuous.
Storage time:

Vinification
Winemaking process that takes place in stainless steel tanks. 30% vinification in oak barrels.
Re-fermentation in the bottle on the lees for a minimum period of 36 months.
