Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest maison de champagne. At its origin is the intuition of the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart who was ahead of his time.

Description

Ruinart Brut Blanc de Blancs is composed of chardonnay grapes from 25 to 30 different crus, mainly from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vallée de la Vesle. These grapes represent the richness and diversity of the Champagne terroir. This is an intense and enveloping Champagne sublimated by an aromatic freshness of ripe citrus and exotic fruits.

Organoleptic characteristics:

It has a pale yellow colour, enriched with almond green reflections and jade hues. The first nose reveals intense aromas of fresh fruit: ripe lemons, juicy pears and freshly picked peaches. More floral, the second nose reveals a hint of white flowers, together with a spicy note of ginger and pink berries. In the mouth it is elegant, enveloping, sublimated by an aromatic freshness of ripe citrus and exotic fruits. The mineral note is persistent and delicate.
