Billecart-Salmon is a French Maison with a history of more than two hundred years, located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and giving birth to it in 1818 were its founders Nicolas François Billecart and his wife Elisabeth Salmon. It is a family history, because Louis Salmon, Elisabeth's brother is also passionate about oenology and participates in the production of the wines. And this is how, after seven generations, the whole family still contributes to passing on the tradition, remaining faithful to an unchanging commitment: "Prioritize quality, aim for excellence."
