The Società Agricola I Capitani is located in the municipality of Torre le Nocelle (Avellino), in contrada Bosco Faiano, amidst 12 hectares of beautifully exposed hilly land cultivated with vineyards and olive groves. The farm is dedicated to the production of noble wines and fine extra-virgin olive oil, as well as to offering simple but much-appreciated rural hospitality.
Today, as always, sustained by the desire and pride of handing down their father's craft, the aim of the company is to promote the image of Irpinia, a land rich in flavours, traditions and culture, through a project of careful attention to detail that aims to achieve perfection.
Description
From selected grapes of the indigenous Falanghina vine comes I Capitani's Clarum, a wine that fully interprets its terroir and expresses it with unmistakably lively flavours and aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Bouquet: Lively and intense, with distinct hints of fresh fruit and floral notes.
Taste: Dry, soft.
Storage time:

Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel.
