With Professor Luigi Moio, Professor of Enology at the University of Naples "Federico II", we deepen the research on the oenological potential of this vine, the most important of Southern Italy, austere and generous at the same time and able to give wines with extraordinary personality.
Description
Il Passaggio from Cantine del Notaio is a harmonic, fruity and silky sparkling wine produced with Aglianico del Vulture grapes vinified in white and other white berried grapes.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Brilliant greenish yellow with a fine-grained, lively and persistent perlage. The nose is fruity with notes of peach, yellow apple and white flowers. The taste is pleasantly acidulous, sapid, harmonic, fruity and silky.
