From the passion for viticulture was born, in 1998, the company Cantine del Notaio, when Gerardo Giuratrabocchetti, graduated in Agricultural Sciences, collects, with his wife Marcella, the challenge to enhance the Aglianico del Vulture grown in their vineyards, combining tradition, innovation, history and culture of the territory.
With Professor Luigi Moio, Professor of Enology at the University of Naples "Federico II", we deepen the research on the oenological potential of this vine, the most important of Southern Italy, austere and generous at the same time and able to give wines with extraordinary personality.
Description
“Il Rogito” è un vino rosato delle Cantine del Notaio che mette in luce il carattere eclettico dell’Aglianico, capace di prestarsi a vinificazioni in rosato con brevi macerazioni.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: Bright pink, crystal clear.
Bouquet: The nose highlights scents of small red fruits on a carpet of pleasant notes of dried flowers and spices.
Taste: The taste is enveloping and fresh, with a soft entrance and a remarkable persistence accompanied by continuous fruity and floral references.
Storage time:
2-3 years
Vinification
Maceration of about one-two days at most and vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel. It goes through malolactic fermentation.
