From the passion for viticulture was born, in 1998, the company Cantine del Notaio, when Gerardo Giuratrabocchetti, graduated in Agricultural Sciences, collects, with his wife Marcella, the challenge to enhance the Aglianico del Vulture grown in their vineyards, combining tradition, innovation, history and culture of the territory.
With Professor Luigi Moio, Professor of Enology at the University of Naples "Federico II", we deepen the research on the oenological potential of this vine, the most important of Southern Italy, austere and generous at the same time and able to give wines with extraordinary personality.
Description
La Postilla Spumante Aromatico è un vino dolce prodotto con uve Moscato. Le uve della “Postilla” vengono vendemmiate durante la prima settimana di settembre attraverso una raccolta a mano. Si tratta di un spumante aromatico, delicato e persistente, con un finale lungo e gradevole con sentori fruttati di pesca bianca.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: straw yellow, brilliant.
Bouquet: typical of Muscat, intense with hints of white flowers, acacia and delicate hints of sage.
Taste: sweet, aromatic, delicate and persistent, with a long and pleasant finish with fruity hints of white peach.
Vinification
una pigio-diraspatura soffice avviene la fermentazione secondo il tradizionale metodo Charmat, ovvero dalla rifermentazione in autoclave.
