Organoleptic characteristics:
To the eye, intense ruby red with a beautiful sheen. The aromas are intense and well-defined, of dark fruits, blackberry jelly, ripe cherries, dried plums, followed by balsamic puffs, rhubarb, liquorice, myrtle. the sip is enveloping, silky, at the same time savoury and fresh. A full-bodied sip, with aromas of morello cherry and myrtle and a hint of balsamic and ethereal hints.
Storage time:
5-10 years
Vinification
The grapes are dried on the vine by manually twisting the bunch. The must ferments slowly, at a controlled temperature, and is then placed in steel for eighteen months to refine.
