L&#039;azienda agricola Letrari, with its 16 hectares of vineyards located in different locations in Vallagarina, is based in the modern and functional winery in Rovereto, faithful in its appearance to&#039;Trentina rural architecture and surrounded by a vast garden of Mediterranean species. Classy spumanrti are elaborated with naturalness, thanks to&#039;experience gained in more than a century and a half of vintages. Papa Leonello is considered a founder of sparkling wine making in Trentino, his first bottles dating back to 1961. Sparkling wines that were born from a combination of the winemaker's stubbornness and the winemaker's wisdom. Today the&#039;winery is led by Lucia, an oenologist and Leonello's daughter, who is driven by the same passion as her father. Uncorking a bottle of Trentodoc Letrari is a moment of true magic, toasting with this great wine gives moments of pure poetry for the senses. Description

The rigorous selection of the three grapes has succeeded in creating a smooth and elegant wine that owes its character to the terroir, the temperate climate with marked temperature swings of Vallagarina and the fermentation in steel.

Organoleptic characteristics: 

Bright straw yellow color Aroma fragrant with soft, seductive aromatic timbres, amid smells of elderflower and grapefruit zest with light hints of Apple, pineapple, and bread crust. On the sip, it enters sharply, cleanly with an almost tactile lightness that turns in great taste harmony

Re-fermentation in the bottle, according to the Classical Method, which is followed by a stay on the lees for at least 24 months
