Pietro Sartori, the'man of great personality, in 1898 bought the first vineyard and villa, the future headquarters of the Sartori winery. From then on, the baton passed to his son Regolo, who made elegance the hallmark of Sartori wines. He was succeeded by Pierumberto and Franco, whose foresight took a further step forward by signing an agreement with the Cantina di Colognola ai Colli winery. Through this exchange of knowledge between fathers and sons, an enterprise that has openness and inclusiveness as its hallmarks grows and strengthens. All the way to the present day, with the current vision of Luca and Andrea Sartori.
Description
Regolo Valpolicella Ripasso DOC di famiglia Sartori è un vino rosso intenso e persistente dal sapore secco e vellutato. Prodotto con uve 60% Corvina Veronese, 25% Corvinone e 15% Rondinella.
La caratteristica di questo vino è il successivo “ripasso” sulle vinacce dell’Amarone. Durante questa seconda fermentazione il vino riceve dalle vinacce appassite parte delle caratteristiche che sono proprie dell’Amarone.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Ha un colore rosso granato vivo. Al naso si sentono i profumi intensi e persistenti, sapori secchi e vellutati di ciliegia e piccoli frutti rossi.
In bocca è robusto, leggermente tannico e molto armonico.
Storage time:
over 5 years
Vinification
Seconda fermentazione avviene durante "ripasso" sulle vinacce dell’Amarone. Fermentazione malolattica.
