Cellar
The Viteadovest winery of oenologist Vincenzo Angileri is located in the Marsala area. The winery's land is spread over the municipalities of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo, specifically seven hectares divided into nine different areas that have been cultivated with vines for more than a century. Almost all the vines are bush-trained, with low yields per hectare. The grapes grown are Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Grillo and Catarratto. Production is around 60 thousand bottles per year. All Vincenzo wines are natural, made from healthy grapes grown in the field without pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilisers and processed in the cellar without the use of additives and oenological aids.

Amber yellow colour. Dark, herbaceous and spicy nose. In the mouth it is dense and deep
Storage time:

Vinification
spontaneous fermentation, thanks to the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes. Pressing is carried out with a vertical hydraulic press, and the wine rests on the noble lees for an extended period.
