Located on the slopes of the Taurasi hills, in one of the most vocated areas of Irpinia, the Nativ winery stands in the heart of Paternopoli Land rich in history and tradition, where Mario Ercolino internationally renowned oenologist and Maria Roberta Pirone, "specialized in food science" are a couple who successfully devote themselves to the production of wines derived from native vines of Irpinia, with the aim of making Wines of Excellence resulting from an important and deep-rooted experience in the field. The company founded in 2008, is dedicated to the production of typical wines of the territory, in particular , Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, Falanghina, Aglianico and Aglianico di Taurasi. The grapes are grown on estate-owned soils, known for their particular fertility due to their volcanic soil, and cover about 15 hectares, between Paternopoli and Taurasi. The name NATIV was therefore born to represent, through native productions, the origin of Irpinian Viticulture, thus delineating, the concept of "native of the place." The peculiarities of the territory and the mountains (due to its proximity to the Picentini Mountains) of the Mediterranean climate determine strong productive distinctions and situations of extreme originality and heterogeneity in the wines of the area, giving rise to wines with supreme characteristics, which are characterized by aromatic complexity, a velvety, full and elegant taste, an intense and delicate aroma.

Description

Il nome “Suadens” Ăš stato scelto per rappresentare il carattere suadente di questo vino, che costituisce un progetto molecolare volto alla valorizzazione non solo dei vitigni autoctoni dell’Irpinia, ma anche della frutta tipica locale, coltivata esclusivamente in quest’area, come pesca bellella di Melito Irpino. E’ un vino equilibriat e morbido grazie al breve passaggio in barriques.

Organoleptic characteristics: 

Presenta un colore giallo dorato Al naso spiccano le note di mela Limoncella, mela, nocciola , pesca, vaniglia, con in chiusura note erbacee. Un vino secco al sorso ma morbido, con lievi sensazioni agrumate, sapido e succoso.

Storage time: 

3-4 years

Vinification 

Affinamento in acciaio e maturazione in bottiglia per circa 3 mesi, Fermentazione condotta con ceppi di lieviti selezionati., Illimpidimento statico a freddo., Pigiatura soffice dei grappoli. Pressatura dei grappoli interi. Affinamento in acciaio seguito da breve passaggio in barrique per 6 mesi
