Winery
L'Rinaldini winery was founded at the end of the sixties by Rinaldo Rinaldini, who at that time managed with his family a renowned restaurant, where wines and cold cuts were handcrafted and where the most authentic dishes of the Emilian cuisine were served. The business is located halfway between Reggio Emilia and Parma, at the foot of Matildiche hills. The love for the land, the admiration and the knowledge of the "champenois" rituals grew with time and it was this that led the Rinaldini family to become winemakers. Thanks to technique and curiosity, the'winery decided to save ancient vines, otherwise condemned to extinction. In few years it has been demonstrated how from soils and vines mistreated by producers and forgotten by the masters of enological culture, can be born real miracles. Even today the business has maintained its family character, in fact, Paola Rinaldini manages the whole processing cycle, from grapes to bottle, together with her husband Marco Melegari and her son Luca, the latter is also responsible for the care of vineyards. The winery has been created in an ancient farmhouse dated back to 1884 which is located in the center of vineyards.
