The winery was born out of Stefania Barbot and her husband Erminio's desire to experience nature in freedom in an uncontaminated place far from the usual metropolitan spaces and times, their passion for the Irpinia landscape, and their ambition to create a great wine that expresses the territory of origin. With tenacity, they have transformed a dream into a real life path, giving birth to the winery in Paternopoli.
Description
"Xoros" by Stefania Barbot, from the Greek means "dance in chorus, melody". Like a single character in Greek tragedy, the Chorus of Bacchae sings and dances in unison. Thus the scents and flavours dance together to the melody of Fiano di Avellino.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Luminous yellow with green reflections.
The nose releases a refined varietal bouquet of white flowers, acacia honey, exotic fruit aromas and flint.
On the palate it is enveloping, intense and citrusy with a light mineral vein, savoury in the long finish, conquering the palate.
