The winery was born from the desire, of Stefania Barbot and her husband Erminio, to live nature in freedom in an uncontaminated place far from the usual metropolitan spaces and times, the passion for Irpinia's landscape, the ambition to create a great wine expressing the territory of origin. With tenacity they transformed a dream into a real life path giving origin to the winery in Paternopoli.
Description
"Xoros," from the Greek "dance in chorus, melody."
As one character in Greek tragedy, the Chorus of Bacchae sings and dances in unison.
So scents and flavors dance together the melody of Fiano di Avellino
Organoleptic characteristics:
Luminous yellow with green reflections.
The nose releases a refined varietal bouquet of white flowers, acacia honey, aromas of exotic fruit and flint.
On the palate it is enveloping, intense and citrusy with a light mineral vein, sapid in the long finish, conquers the palate.
