Ion Irpinia Campi Taurasini Doc 2017

"ION" is the violet, from the ancient Greek ἴον, reminiscent of the colour and flavour of wine, and is intended to represent the symbiosis between the prodigy of nature and the work of man with his knowledge.
It is a 'Campi Taurasini DOC' sub-zone of the Irpinia DOC, made from Aglianico grapes, that sincerely expresses the flavours and uniqueness of its territory of origin.
It is a ruby-coloured wine with violet hues, complex aromas of ripe cherries and small black fruits.
The taste is fresh, soft with a lingering finish.
After 12 months of ageing, it is ready, enjoyable and capable, however, of maturing for a long time in the bottle
