Ion Irpinia Campi Taurasini Doc 2017

"ION" is the violet, from the ancient Greek ἴον, recalling the color and flavor of wine and wants to represent the symbiosis between the prodigy of nature and the work of man with his knowledge.
It is a "Campi Taurasini DOC" subzone of DOC Irpinia, obtained from Aglianico grapes, which sincerely expresses the flavors and uniqueness of the territory of origin.
It is a ruby colored wine with violet hues, complex aromas of ripe cherry and small black fruits.
The taste is fresh, smooth with a lingering finish.
After 12 months of aging it is ready, enjoyable and capable, however, of maturing for a long time in bottle
