Name:
Amaro OF cl 70 (with case) Bonollo
Cellar
The company's origin and evolution is closely linked to the history of the Bonollo family, which was already experimenting with the centuries-old art of making grappa in the Vicenza Pre-Alps in the second half of the 19th century. The earliest evidence of the distillers' professional activity dates back to 1908: the year to which the oldest production report of which we have a copy dates and which refers to Giuseppe Bonollo, the progenitor of the most important dynasty of Grappa producers in existence today. In 1995 the fourth generation joined the company, promoting research and development to perfect the Bonollo Unique System: over 170 years of distilling experience integrated with the most advanced technology to obtain distillates that stand out for their undisputed quality. In 2016 the company was awarded in Montecitorio as "Eccellenza Italiana", the prestigious prize given to 100 Italian Made in Italy companies distinguished for quality, creativity and excellence. Grappas characterised by a wide and typical range of aromas, but also distinguished, in the mouth, by a cleanliness and lightness that satisfy the hedonistic demands of the most modern consumers
