Cellar

In the province of Verona, just a stone's throw from the centre of Cerè di Negrar, on the Cà Paletta mountain, stands the Quintarelli winery; a winery born at the beginning of the '1900s from the intuition and foresight of the founder of the family, Silvio Quintarelli, who fully understood the great potential of his land, Valpolicella. Today the baton has passed to the youngest of his sons, Giuseppe Quintarelli, who, with rigour and respect for tradition and the land, has established himself as one of the 'masters' and points of reference in the production of Amarone.

Description

The Rosso 'Ca' del Merlo' is a skilful blend of different grapes, the result of Quintarelli's experience in making great wines. A veritable jigsaw puzzle of grape varieties, giving life to intense aromas and a sip where, thanks also to the seven years of ageing in wood, structure and softness merge into a fine drink. A label that should also be considered as a forward-looking investment, given that it has the capacity to evolve and mature in the bottle for more than the next 10 years.
