Winery
In the province of Verona, very close to the center of Cerè di Negrar, on Cà Paletta mountain, rises Quintarelli winery; winery born at the beginning of 1900 from the intuition and foresight of the founder Silvio Quintarelli, who fully understood the great potential of his land, Valpolicella.
Today the baton is passed to the youngest of his sons, Giuseppe Quintarelli, who, with rigor and respect for tradition and territory, has established himself as one of the "masters" and points of reference in the production of Amarone.
Description
Rosso "Ca' del Merlo" is a wise blend of different grapes, result of Quintarelli's experience in the production of great wines. A real and proper puzzle of grapes, which gives life to intense aromas and to a taste where, also thanks to the seven years of aging in wood, structure and smoothness blend in a pleasing drink. A label to be considered also as a far-sighted investment, as it has the capacity to evolve and age in bottle for a period longer than 10 years.
