"Ca' del Bosco", one of the most prestigious wine houses in the Franciacorta area, a symbol of Made in Italy excellence in the world. Its story began in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought "Ca' del Bosco", a small house in the hills of Erbusco, two hectares of property immersed in a dense forest of oak and chestnut trees. It has always been the source of inspiration for her son Maurizio who, thanks to his passion, transformed this small house into a wine excellence, a leader in the production of Franciacorta.

Il Vintage Collection Satèn 2020 della cantina Ca' del Bosco è il risultato di una sapiente unione di 14 vini base di Chardonnay e Pinot Bianco. E' un franciacorta ispirato alla delicatezza delle sole uve bianche che lo compongono e che restituiscono cremosità e morbidezza.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a straw yellow colour with a subtle and persistent effervescence. The nose has aromas of white-fleshed fruit, miniral tones and notes of bread crust and citrus fruits. On the palate it is savoury, soft, creamy with a lovely fruity persistence.

Vinification
After crushing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. In order to strive for maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, the barrel elevage lasts only 5 months.
