Podere 29 is located in the centre of the Tvoliere delle Puglie, in the Cerignola area. A passion, that linked to the production of wine, of quality wine, which has been handed down from generation to generation. The company's philosophy is based on organic farming, so that everything is according to nature. Approximately 22 hectares of land between the sea and the countryside, Podere 29 is mainly dedicated to autochthonous vines, such as Fiano, Primitivo, Minutolo, but above all top labels with Nero di Troia.
Description
'Unio' comes with a label that is already evocative, representing the strength and skill of the men who work the land. A wine produced in the Cerignola countryside, from 60% Nero di Troia and 40% Primitivo grapes, from 12-year-old vines. The union between the two vines is a successful challenge that enhances the peculiarities of both, two strong personalities, two decisive characters that combine and grow together.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense bright ruby colour
Aromas of red fruits such as cherries, blackberries and plums stand out on the nose, followed by spices and dark flowers.
On the palate it is a wine of character, harmonious with a soft finish.
