Questo Dom Pérignon rosé Vintage 2009 è prodotto a partire da un assemblaggio segreto di chardonnay e pinot noir, è fatto con una selezione estremamente rigorosa dei migliori acini. E’ uno champagne radioso, il frutto appare in tutta la sua maestosità, rotondo, ricco e generoso. Il vino mostra tutte le sfumature aromatiche del Pinot Noir lampone, fico, fragola, ciliegia, amplificate dalla delicatezza, dall’eleganza minerale e dalle note cristalline dello Chardonnay.

Ha un colore rosa con riflessi ambrati.
Al naso si presentano fugaci aromi di rosa, olio d'arancia e zafferano, il bouquet diventa più caldo, dominato da frutti rossi lampone e ciliegia e da note scure di cassis e fico. Alla fine trionfa la dolcezza, con note di pan di zenzero e liquirizia. In bocca è maestoso, maturo, carnoso e profondo. Dopo una prima sensazione di morbidezza e rotondità, il vino si apre nel cuore del palato, adagiandosi come un’intima carezza. La potenza è contenuta e l'impressione dominante è la coerenza. Le sensazioni sapide convergono e persistono, lasciando il ricordo della loro impronta tattile.

Dom Perignon is made in vintages and only in the best vintages. For this Vintage, the winemaking process took place in steel, with second fermentation in the bottle where aging on the lees took place for a minimum of 90 months
