Description
Contrada del Falco is an excellent Apulian red wine from the San Donaci Winery made from a blend of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia Nera grapes cultivated in the Alberello system. After a passage in barrique, it is refined in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics:
On the nose, hints of red-fleshed fruits such as blackberry, raspberry and currant also emerge in the form of jam, prune, cherries in spirit, sherry, spices such as cocoa bean, with a balsamic note of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is broad, soft and persistent.
