"Ca' del Bosco," one of the most prestigious wine houses in the Franciacorta area, a symbol of Made in Italy excellence in the world. Its story begins in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought "Ca' del Bosco," a small house in the hills of Erbusco, two hectares of property surrounded by a dense forest of oak and chestnut trees. It has always been the source of inspiration for her son Maurizio, who, thanks to his passion, transformed this small house into a wine excellence, a leader in the production of Franciacorta. 

Description

Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro 2018 from the famous Franciacorta winery Ca'del Bosco is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. It is a great sparkling wine produced with the classic method, the best expression of a unique terroir and of the man who intuited its character and potential.

Organoleptic characteristics:

It has a deep straw yellow color with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it shows notes of apple, bread and the citrus fruit. In the mouth it is complex, elegant and full-bodied.

Vinification

After crushing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. To seek maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, barrel elevage lasts only 5 months. A pair of flying tanks allows the wines to be transferred by gravity from the small barrels to the aging tanks.
