Sincere wines that tell of the morphological complexities of the territory in which they are born, characterised by acidity and sapidity.
Description
The predominant idea behind Mammamè Primitivo is elegance and balance. The grapes grow in the fascinating region of Gioia del Colle, famous for its high-quality Primitivo grapes. Here, the grapes benefit from the warm Apulian sun and the cool local wind. After meticulous care of the vineyards, the grapes are harvested by hand. Only the best grapes are selected for vinification. Thanks to the gentle harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery in optimal conditions.
