Description
A meditation wine from the Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, it has always been produced by anyone who had a few vines in the garden by drying the grapes in the attic hanging from the wooden rafters of the roof or stretched out on straw mats (grates).
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: amber with bright golden reflections.
Nose: intense aromatic notes reminiscent of apricot, dried fig and white jam; hints of honey and yellow flowers on the finish.
Taste: balanced sugar concentration, with slightly citrusy acidity and intense fruity notes; long persistence in the finish and refined sweetness

6-11 years
Vinification
direct pressing in vertical hydraulic presses with a yield of 25%; slow fermentation in oak barrels
